Principal's Message

Dear Breed Street School Families,

WELCOME to the 2023–2024 school year!  We at Breed Street Elementary School are excited about the opportunity to serve your child in preparing them to be Ready for the World.

The teachers and staff at Breed Street Elementary School look forward to working with you and your children this year. Our vision is to provide a rigorous learning environment that inspires and instills a passion for learning through the teaching of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics while using critical thinking skills to prepare all students for a 21st century workforce. 

We look forward to seeing you at School Site Council Meetings and events that we will plan throughout the school year. Your participation at Back to School Night, Open House, and Parent Conferences is critical. We plan to honor students making academic, behavioral, and attendance achievements throughout the school year. We certainly hope that you will actively participate in these activities as well as other activities for students and parents. With the collaboration of the home and school, we will be able to create a successful learning experience for your children.
